Our primary goal and objective is to transfer our knowledge to enable our clients to take ownership of the new Enterprise Project Management Business Process and to deploy it throughout the each department and across the organization. This document outlines the StageGate approach driving our effort to deliver an integrated project management system to increase value for your organization.
StageGate engagement approach will include the requirements gathering, installation, configuration, training and support of Project Server 2007 EPM solution.

Representative Schedule for a Project Server 2007 Limited Deployment
A critical success factor from SPG’s experience with EPM deployments is a phased approach to deploying the new technologies, features, functionality and processes to the business units. SPG’ StageGate Implementation will prepare our client’s with a configured system to begin the deployment of this new business process. As with all new business processes, additional configuration, process development and team member training will be required.
